Please read these terms carefully before booking any FHD service.
Fast Horizon Dynamics Ltd (FHD) provides moving, relocation, corporate logistics, warehousing, freight, procurement and fleet management services within Nigeria. Every booking is subject to vehicle and crew availability on the requested date.
Quotes are estimates based on the information supplied at booking (distance, volume, weight, access and handling requirements). Where actual conditions differ materially, FHD will confirm any revised charge before work continues. Payment terms are agreed in writing per booking or account contract.
Customers must declare hazardous, perishable, prohibited or high-value items in advance, ensure lawful ownership of all goods, and provide safe access at pickup and delivery points.
FHD handles all consignments with professional care. Liability is limited to the declared value of the consignment or the cover stated in the applicable transit insurance. Claims must be reported in writing within seven (7) days of delivery with supporting evidence.
Delivery windows are provided in good faith. FHD is not liable for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, including road closures, security incidents, weather or regulatory inspections.
Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may attract a mobilisation fee covering crew and vehicle allocation.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
